Wide open spaces await you near Devils Tower Wyoming!

Hulett is a quaint little historic town that offers a variety of activities for anyone visiting the area. There is plenty of sight seeing for those of you who just like to drive around and see the wildlife. Bring your camera and photograph the many Whitetail and Mule Deer, Merriam Turkey, Antelope.

    
If you enjoy hiking, there are several trails around Devils Tower National Monument that offer a fantastic view.

Just outside of Hulett, you will likely see Longhorn Cattle resting in the Wyoming grass lands with Devils Tower near by!

Rock Climbing is a popular sport and climbers come from all over the world to climb the many routes to the summit of Devils Tower. As you are hiking the tower trails you may glimpse the climbers as they make their way to the top. All ages enjoy rock climbing in Wyoming!

Hulett Rodeo time brings out the Wild West in us all!

During the first weekend in June, Hulett puts on the areas first Rodeo. Many of the local cowboys compete in bareback, saddle-bronc, bull riding and calf roping events. Then in August there is the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis. Hulett has been very popular with the motorcycle crowd. The Hulett Annual Rodeo is a summer event the whole town gets excited about!

The campgrounds and motels are full for about a week during this rally. On Wednesday of this week a local bar offers a free pig roast and about 40,000 people come to town. There is also a bull riding competition at the rodeo grounds on that day.

    
If you enjoy hunting and fishing, we have a spring and fall Turkey season. Our Merriam Turkey population has grown considerably over the years and many hunters have had a successful hunt. It is not uncommon to see Turkeys from the motel as they come down to the river to feed and strut. Bow hunting season starts in September. Antelope season runs through October. Then rifle season picks up the first day of November.

Hulett Motel offers lodging accommodations year round, the summer months are especially busy with the motorcyclists because of the wide open spaces, rolling hills and beautiful surroundings make a great place to ride, relax and take it all in.
    

    
Motorcycles rally here in Hulett to relax and enjoy our annual Pig Roast during Sturgis Bike Week!

There is walleye and pike fishing at nearby Keyhole State Park and trout fishing at Cook Lake. If you like stream fishing there are small mouth bass and catfish in the Belle Fourche River. Visit the Wyoming Game and Fish web site for more information. 

Bicycling tours go through this area during the summer months, and the winter offers snowmobile and cross-country skiing with groomed trails in the Bear Lodge Mountains of the Black Hills National Forest.

Come play a round of golf during your visit on Hulett's beautiful Devils Tower Golf Course. Hulett, Wyoming in the fall is quite spectacular with natures color changes.
